Shipping & Delivery

Consumer Shipping
- Free standard shipping on orders of $1,500 or more (excluding sale and final sale items)
- Orders under $1,500 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout
- Shipping is available within the contiguous United States only unless otherwise arranged

Trade Shipping
- Trade shipping rates are calculated or quoted separately based on order size and destination
- Contact info@shopalderrow.com for trade shipping quotes

Delivery Options
- Standard Delivery — threshold or front door
- Room of Choice — optional upgrade, additional fee applies. Item placed in room of your choice, packaging removed

Delivery Requirements
- Adult signature (18+) is required at time of delivery
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect your order
- Inspect all items upon delivery before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt

Rerouting & Address Changes
- Address changes or rerouting requests after an order has shipped may incur additional fees
- Contact us immediately at info@shopalderrow.com if changes are needed

Storage Fees
- If delivery cannot be completed and items are held in storage, storage fees will apply after 14 days (2 weeks)
- Storage fees are the responsibility of the customer

International Orders
- International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis
- All international orders are final sale and require a custom shipping quote
- Contact info@shopalderrow.com to arrange international delivery
