Returns & Exchanges

Return Window
Alder Row accepts returns within 45 days of delivery for eligible items in original, unused condition with all original packaging.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.
Return Requirements
- Item must be in original, unused condition
- Original packaging must be intact and included
- Return must be initiated within 45 days of confirmed delivery
- A return authorization must be obtained from Alder Row before shipping any item back
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Final Sale items — clearly marked at time of purchase
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Assembled items
- Used or damaged items (damage caused after delivery)
- Items outside the contiguous United States
- International orders — all international sales are final
Claims
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must submit a claim within 72 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted. To submit a claim, log in to your account at shopalderrow.com/pages/claims. Photos of the damage are required.
Repair-First Policy
Where possible, Alder Row will first attempt to resolve damage claims through repair or replacement parts before issuing a full replacement or refund.
Exclusions
The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for claims or returns:
- Natural variations in wood grain, stone veining, or ceramic texture
- Minor color variation due to screen calibration
- Normal wear and patina over time
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modification
