Consumer Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders over $5,000. Orders under $5,000 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

Trade Shipping

Approved trade accounts receive flexible shipping arrangements. Freight and white glove delivery options are available and quoted based on order specifics. Contact us at info@shopalderrow.com to discuss shipping for large or multi-item trade orders.

Standard Shipping

In-stock small items and decor ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days from the date of shipment. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Freight Delivery

Furniture, large mirrors, and oversized items ship via freight carrier. Freight deliveries are scheduled directly with the carrier and typically arrive within 2–4 weeks from the date of order. You will be contacted to schedule a delivery window.

Important: Inspect all freight items before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the receipt before signing. Failure to do so may affect your ability to file a damage claim.

White Glove Delivery

White glove delivery is available for select furniture and large items. This service includes room-of-choice placement and removal of all packaging materials. Lead times and pricing vary by location. Contact us for a quote.

Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items

Lead times for made-to-order and pre-order items are listed on each product page. We will notify you by email when your order is ready to ship.
